Little Chef’s Culinary Club: Single Day
Jan 11 - Mar 8, 2025
Saturdays: 1 PM to 3 PM
We teach young chefs how to cook up some FUN! Our chef instructors bring knowledge and creativity to the kitchen, equipped with recipes and a list of ingredients and equipment your kiddo needs to prepare culinary delights for the entire family. No PB&J sandwiches here, our young chefs are always exploring something new! We focus on fresh ingredients and the importance of home-cooked meals. Kids will make 1 recipe per class, all hands-on and from scratch. Your family will get to enjoy your child’s masterpiece, whether you choose to cook it right away or save it for later!
*We will avoid using any nuts in our recipes.
In this course, you’ll get the following benefits:
Understand the cultural context behind ingredients, safe cooking techniques, and the art of their combination.
Interpret the history of global cuisines while learning and respecting the process of recreating iconic dishes from scratch.
Master the art of adaptation, customizing flavors to dance on the palate and cater to diverse food preferences.
